About Us
Since 2018, fachai slot has become a trusted online entertainment platform for hundreds of thousands of players across Malaysia. We are more than just a gaming site — we are a community built on trust, transparency, and the best possible player experience.
Ask any player who has been with fachai slot, the answer you'll hear most often is: "Easy to use, pays out fast, and you can trust it." Those are the three things we've been working toward from day one.
fachai slot founded in 2018 by a team of gaming industry professionals with over a decade of experience in the Southeast Asian market. Our original goal was straightforward — to build an online casino platform genuinely made for Malaysian players, not just a foreign platform shoehorned into the local market.
We understand that Malaysian players have very specific needs. You want a platform in Bahasa Melayu, accepting payments in MYR through methods you're already familiar with like Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow, offering game options that cover local favourite sports like the Malaysia Super League and BWF badminton — and most importantly, one you can fully trust when it comes time to withdraw your winnings.
Over seven years of operation, fachai slot has grown from a small platform into one of Malaysia's most popular online entertainment destinations. Over 500,000 active registered members, more than 500 casino game titles from world-class providers, and Sports Betting coverage across 30+ sports — all of this achieved not through advertising alone, but through trust built by word of mouth within Malaysia's loyal player community.
We believe every player deserves a fair, safe, and enjoyable casino and Sports Betting experience — whether you're wagering RM10 or RM10,000. Equal and transparent treatment is the foundation of everything we do.
Platform fachai slot operates under an official licence and complies with all regulations governing the online gaming industry. Every game uses an RNG (Random Number Generator) independently verified by an accredited third-party audit body. The RTP for each game is publicly published — so you always know your odds before you play.
We didn't build this platform for our company — we built it for Malaysian players who want a fair, fast, and enjoyable experience every time they log in.
The three pillars behind every decision we make at Fachai Slot
Mission fachai slot is to provide Malaysian players with the most comprehensive, secure, and user-friendly online entertainment platform — delivering casino games, Sports Betting, and lottery all in one fully trustworthy platform.
We aim to be Malaysia's most trusted and most loved online entertainment platform by 2028 — recognised not just for the size of our game library, but for the quality of experience and the trust we've built with millions of Malaysian players.
Every business decision we make is measured against three questions: Is this fair to our players? Is this transparent and accountable? Does this support responsible gaming? If the answer to any of these is no, we don't move forward.
Six core advantages that have made us the platform of choice for hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players

Seven years is no short time in the fast-moving online entertainment industry. This is the story of how fachai slot grown from a simple idea into a platform trusted by hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players.
Fachai slot was founded with an initial focus on slots and core casino games. The platform launched with 80 game titles and support for payments via FPX online banking.
The Live Casino section with real dealers was introduced, followed by a Sports Betting platform covering the Malaysia Super League and EPL as its first major broadcast offerings.
Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay were fully integrated, enabling faster deposits and withdrawals. Registered members reached 100,000 — our first major milestone.
Partnerships with over 20 premium game providers have grown our library to more than 500 titles. E-sports and lottery were added as new categories. The mobile interface was fully revamped.
Fachai slot now serves over 500,000 registered active members, with a customer satisfaction rate exceeding 95% based on our latest internal survey. We continue to operate and grow.
One thing we've held firm on from the very beginning is our focus on the Malaysian market. Many overseas platforms enter Malaysia with a one-size-fits-all approach — they translate their interface into Bahasa Melayu, add one or two local payment methods, and consider that sufficient.
Approach fachai slot is different. We started by asking: what do Malaysian players actually need? The answers came from years of listening directly to feedback from our community.
Malaysian players want to deposit with their TnG eWallet in under 30 seconds, not wait 3 days. They want Malaysia Super League matches in the betting lineup, not just European leagues. They want to chat with support agents in Bahasa Melayu without having to translate first. And they want a platform they can genuinely trust when it's time to withdraw their winnings.
All of these requirements are built directly into the platform's DNA fachai slot from day one. Not as an added feature, but as a non-negotiable foundation.
